What Is EFT?

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is gentle safe tapping procedure based on the ancient Chinese system of energy meridians. Unlike other energy healing methods, EFT incorporates an emotional element to the healing process, addressing unresolved emotional issues as a likely cause of physical disease, psychological dysfunction, and personal performance limits.


How Does EFT Work?
 
EFT is accomplished by tapping on yourself at end acupuncture points on your face and hands. There are no needles involved.  A session generally takes about an hour.  A person can express their pain verbally or keep it private - EFT will still work.  There are many EFT procedures that may be used depending on the issue to be dealt with.   Once learned, you will literally have this tool at your fingertips for the rest of your life!
